A new product has recently been introduced by Allergan called LATISSE, a prescription liquid, which is applied directly to the skin of the upper lid above the lashes (much the same as you would apply liquid eye liner). LATISSE was created to treat hypotrichosis, or simply put, inadequate eyelashes.
